Our family has built and maintained homes in PC since 1997. We are a small, family business, not a management company with phone operators and complicated approval processes. The designated home manager who answers your calls is the same person managing your house while you're away.

Matt Brown has been building homes in Park City since 1997. After seeing his out-of-state clients struggle to find reliable help caring for the homes he had built, he founded RCO Property Management to meet that need. Our mission is to take the stress of homeownership off your plate.
