Matt Brown has been a builder in Park City since 1997. When busy homeowners needed help maintaining the homes he had built, they sought him out. As word spread and demand grew, Matt enlisted his son Andrew to take over management and they founded RCO Property Management together. Our mission is to bring busy 2nd homeowners peace of mind, protect their investment, and help them relax & recharge with their family.
